from what I know of minis (what I read, cus I want one one day), if that can happen to a mini, there has GOT to be some neglect going on, since minis seem to thrive on just pasture alone and stay fat and happy, I bet if the previous owners just treated him for the worms he wouldn't look half as bad :( poor pony.

I own two horses myself and that poor horse made me think of who could ever do something like that! I'm glad that poor horse has a good home now =]

That is so sad! I can't believe people neglect animals like that. Glad you got him and are making him better. He got a good home it looks like.
