Ich and Fin rot?

AGH the new betta I got has a case of Fin rot and ich :[ I have all ready started his treatment for Fin rot and his water is warm for ich treatment but he just looks so stressed :[ I put some more plants in his tank so he can hide if he wants to but he seems less active and hideing in the corner most of the time...Is there anything I can do to help his stress?

What did you give him for the fin rot? With clean water, he should be able to recover on his own. How bad is the ich infestation?

The ich is minor and only has 2 spots of small ich. For the fin rot I gave him maracyn. He seems to be a little more active but still stressed...

I'm not a proponent of treating fin rot with antibiotics, but now that you have started it, you will have to finish it in order lessen the risk of creating immune bacteria. Hopefully the antibiotic treatment won't weaken his ability to fight off the ich.

So I should continue the treatment and just keep doing what I'm doing?

When you start an antibiotic, you have to finish it. If you do not keep treating as instructed, you run the risk of bacteria developing an immunity to the antibiotic and creating a super strain. You should keep doing what you're doing. I would change the water daily and add a new dose each day to help with the ich, I'm not sure what the instructions say, but you may try striking a balance between very frequent water changes and what the instructions tell you to do as far as dosing.
