Tetra brand bloodworms?

I've had my beta for a little over a year, but I have never really changed up her diet. I bought some Tetra bloodworms and was just wondering it they are safe or if you would recommend another brand.

Thanks!

I use them. I think you are supposed to soak them in water first as they are freeze dried.

Yes, it's a good idea to soak them before feeding to prevent digestive problems. Welcome back, Campbell.
