If you can get the same thing without all the extras, filter, food etc. Go for that instead.
I got a glass 5 gallon with lighted lid at Walmart in Canada for that price...

Actually, they don't carry that model at Wal-Mart anymore. (I've checked the site and the stores.) But the 5gal kit they have there is really good.

I have that tank, although the filter broke long ago. It's pretty sturdy and convenient. Also, I disagree with the comment that the filter is too strong. Mine was very gentle, and if you still think it's too strong you can pull out one of the suction cups in the back.
