I just got a new 20 gallon which is Riley's future home but he's in a only 1.5 tank right now because I thought I would be getting my 10 gallon back from my sister but I'm useing the 20 gallon now Anyways...Since the 1.5 tank is IMO a little small I want to upgrade him to a 2-3 gallon tank. Do you guys have any 2-3 gallon tanks that you reccomend?
Is the 2.5 or 3-gallon supposed to be a temporary home until the 20-gallon's ready? If so then I think you could make do with a medium critter keeper, which holds 3 gallons. 3-gallon kits all seem to be at least $25 and the critter keeper is only about $7.
I have two of the Eclipse 3 tanks and while a tad pricey, they are EXCELLENT tanks for bettas, IMO. Matter of fact, my oldest betta (23 months) lives in one & is still going strong with his weekly water change/gravel vac. :)
