is this sealant safe?

I found this new bottle of sealant in my house. It's a GE brand silicone sealant. Thing that worries me is that it says "with bioseal mold&mildew product protection". Does this make it unsafe?

GE Silicone I is safe for fish.

it says "GE Silicone II" so I'm guessing... Not safe? Haha
