Female Sorotity tank has ich.

Well, great all my females have ich. How should I go about treatment? My problem is I have one Bamboo Shrimp and a catfish in the tank. Help?

How bad is it and how big is the tank any live plants?
I would start by making water changes and vacuuming, raise the temp slowly to 82-84F, over 86F and it is hard for the ich to reproduce, but some fish and shrimp can't tolerate the high temp.
Aquarium salt, but cory can be sensitive to it, not sure about the species of shrimp, but if you can I would just remove the shrimp
There are OTC medication if the ich is really bad that you can also use, but I don't use them so I can't recommend anything

The tank 20 gallon long. No live plants. I just removed the shrimp. The catfish is a Raphael Catfish. The ich is really bad. I can't even tell what color my Betta are anymore, they are really pale and have a lot of white spots.

I would start getting the temp up to help get the ich to fall off the fish so you can get the ich out of the tank.
You can't kill the ich while it is on the fish without killing the fish and high temps help speed the ich life cycle-I would even add the aquarium salt 1tsp/gal too, but I am not sure about the salt or heat tolerant level of the catfish, you may want to remove it, especially if it is not infected with ich
Bad cases can kill the fish,

this is why i don't like to keep betta togather i have 5 in separated tanks. 1.5 y ago i had fish i thoght he had ick,by description i read in the computer.
I gave him ''maracide'' and aquarium salt but he was needed longer treatment than instructions tells u.my fish had it 2 times i treated with the same meds . He completely recovered . He leaved 7 mo after treatment.

I found Crimson dead. I guess she was to far and didn't make it. -sigh- But I still have four other females, I can still try to save.
