Question Night blindness? :/

Freedy has this weird thing where whenever it's nighttime, he acts like he's totally blind. I've only just noticed it for the past week or so. During the day he's a perfectly normal, happy fish (or as much so as he ever was :P ), then it's night and BAM. He can't find pellets, he doesn't respond to his mirror, and he even sometimes runs into his tank decor. :l

It's just weird. I don't know if I should be concerned. He eats fine when I feed him during the day.

Maybe that's what I like to call his "sleep trance". My fish does that too sometimes after lights out. He just floats around like he's sleep swimming lol.

Aww, really? xD

Well, that's reassuring... he must be a really sound sleeper, I poked him and everything and he barely responded. :l He just twitched and wiggled away... where he usually would have freaked out and left a wake as he fled. xD

My betta does that when a long day is over. He yawns and floats. So cute to me!

If you came into my room and poked me while I was sleeping I'd take off a finger! :P
