Question Put Fin Rot fish in a divided?

Not exactly Fin Rot anymore, just really bad fins. So would it be okay to put him in a 10 gallon divided, with another betta with really bad fins so that I can treat them together?

Oh yeah, besides their fin damage, both are acting perfectly normal:)

I'm guessing they'll be fine as long as your fish is already healed.
Add a little Aquarium salt to the water to help out with healing.

Do you guys think that the Fin Rot could become contagious and get my other boy affected?

If they both have finrot then I'd say it's probably ok. If they have different diseases then they should be treated separately.

There are different types of fin rot, some caused by bacteria, some by fungus, others by infection due to biting/damage. Most instances of fin rot are not contagious.

Well, to prevent them from seeing each other, I have a clean plastic lid that i could put so that they won't see each other. Could I put the plastic in?
