If you are looking for a 5-gallon kit: $25 w/ free shipping

$25 gets you a semi-hex 5-gallon acrylic aquarium with fluorescent hood & filter.

Free shipping to your home if you're in the U.S.

I might order one when I get paid next. I wonder if they stock them in-store. Might investigate tonight after work. :D

Awesome! Glad I helped & hope the tank is to your liking guys! If not then I suppose you can return it and leave a scathing review

Well, the best deal I ever got was $10 for an Aqueon glass 10-gallon during Petco's dollar-per-gallon sale.

But I personally consider a "good" tank to be acrylic rather than glass because even though acrylic scratches easily, it reportedly retains 20% more heat than glass, is 17x stronger, and yet much lighter. Also, acrylic tanks often come in cool shapes.

I agree. Some people say glass tanks are better. Mine hasn't scratched yet.
