Question Your Favorite Books?

I just thought it be interesting to share our favorite books. Mine are the Mortal Instrument Series (City of Bones, City of Ashes, City of Glass). They sound kind of dark but are AMAZING! :) I also love The Hunger Games and Catching Fire.

I like a lot of books. My favorite of all time is probably Moonheart by Charles De Lint. I really like Kim Harrison's books, Ilona Andrews, Charlaine Harris, Philipa Gregory, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Seanan Mcguire.

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
A Choice of Angels by Charles Sobczak
The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich (I'm currently reading Sizzling Sixteen)
The Horse Boy by Rupert Isaacson

Anything by Austen or the Bronte sisters, Stephen King, Jasper Fforde, .. I could go on forever.

Ho boy. Just remember, you asked for it.
The Hobbit, J.R.R. Tolkien
The Chronicles of Narnia, C.S. Lewis
Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling
Anything by Shannon Hale
The City of Ember, Jeanne DePrau
That's just a brief sample. :P Right now, I'm working on Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and it's really pretty good!
Edit: and how could I have forgotten the Firebringer trilogy by Meredith Ann Pierce??

......

I need to find my book list again. 8l

for right now all I can think of are:

The "City of" series by Mary Hoffman (I think... City of Masks, City of Stars, City of Flowers, ect. Don't get the books with the realpplz covers. =/ ruins the imagination.>=P) They're REALLY great! They're about timetravel and parallel universes! 8] They're set in ancient Italy (during the Renaissance) in a parallel universe! =]

The AIRBORNE trilogy by Kenneth Oppel. Airships, adventure, pirates, victorian steam-punk kinda stuff. Nuff said.

Anything written by Robin McKinnley (except Sunlight... I refuse to aknowledge that book's existence) I fell in love with her works with the book Rose Daughter

Anything written by Robin Hobb. I started with Ship of Magic the first of the Liveship Trader's Trilogy. It's a prequel to the Fool's Fate trilogy which is apparently better known. I can't wait to finish and start on Fool's Fate! <3

There are a ton more but I'm tired and heading to bed now. Night! =]
