Two fish in same cup again.

Found two bettas in the same cup at walmart again. Unlike last time though the lady was more than happy to help seperate them and didn't care that I didn't want to buy one. Her exact question was "did you want one or were you just concerned for them?" She used to work that section and actually knew a few things about fish and had multiple tanks herself. We had a fun little conversation about fish and having no more room for more tanks or husband's complaining about our hobby before going on our way. The poor smaller one looked half dead I hope he makes it. :C

At the pet store that I work at, we would have teenagers mixing our bettas together because they thought it was "funny". They quickly lost privilege to be in our store. Luckily we caught them before any bettas were hurt.

Yeah, the lady who was helping me said that last night they had some college kids in the store acting stupid and causing trouble. Unplugging things and just generally dicking around and they probably plopped the two together. We couldn't find the empty cup though, and the lady was about to run to the kitchen section when she found a measuring cup by the sink. She pulled some water from one of the other fish tanks to plop him in.
