Oh no!

Ughh! This new move is doing so much damage to everyone in our house, including Bacardi. While moving my bed, one of the movers stuck it in Bacardi's 10gal! Shattering it to bits and water pouring everywhere. FORTUNATLY by luck for him and me, i was in the middle of cleaning his tank, so he was in the kitchen in a halfgal (just for the clean). So i went to petsmart and bought him a simple little 2.5 with filter, light, and heater just until i can afford and be SURE that another 10gal will be fine for our house. He so far loves it and i really like the look of it (i got a new rock sculpture thingy too)

sorry to hear about your 10 gal. But it is good to here your little buddy wasnt in the tank when it broke. Hopefully you can get him a new 10 gal. after the move.

I know, its totally meant to be him and me though, he has survived so many 'almost' deaths. My cat found a way to stick his paw in the little whole of the hood light, and almost ate him! Poor guy, but ofcourse he was able to sneak in his hiding place :)
