Over Feeding?

How do i know if I am over feeding my fish? I usually feed him a little bit in the morning at around 5:30am and again around 8:30pm. Do they eat even though they are not actually hungry?

Oh Yes!
They can eat and eat and everytime they'll act like they haven't eaten in days.
You can feed twice a day, that's even better than once a day but the important thing is how MUCH you feed them... so how much??

This question has been asked alot of times. But I'll say it again, Whatever you are feeding, feed 3 once a day. It is fine to feed another 1 or 2 as a snack. Fast your betta once a week. "fast" means do not feed your betta for 1 day once a week.

Do you feed pellets? How many are you feeding him?
The betta should not look too bloated once he feeds.
A little round belly it's ok but a "pregnant" looking bello is a no no!
I feed my fish 3 pellets per feeding or 4-5 flozen bloodworms.
