My First "Breeding Pair"

So although I kept a betta or two as a teenager I'm fairly new to the betta hobby and a complete noob at breeding. I wanted to start out on the right foot so I've been doing research for....well, a long time lol. Forums, online articles, books, etc. I like to be prepared lol.

So my pair arrived this morning! I'd like to introduce John Boy and Nola.

I will be conditioning them for the next several weeks and then see if I can have a succesful spawn. Their babies should be beautiful!

DOH!!!!! Hummana hummana hummana!!!!!!! Must get babies from these two O.o They're amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's good you've done research, I've seen so many start off by asking the most basic questions and you can tell they didn't research anything.
