Will 6 Danios bug a female betta usually?

I have a 3G w/ 2 danios now..I since learned this is way too small & they are happier with
at least 4 more to school with.
I bought a 10G now I'm waiting to cycle (fishless w/ fish food method).

So will it be Ok to put 6 danios in with a female betta?
Females don't mind currents as much as males, correct? The Aqueon filter is pretty brisk
even when filled max. But I'd give her lots of plants & hiding places.
I feel bad for those bettas stuck in tiny cups & want to save one.
Will they attack her fins or visa versa?
I'd have the 3G running still as back up is this happened.

Also, what heater do you recommend for a 3-5G?

I Stuck a male betta in with 4-5 danios,
When I took the male out he was a basket case, Nervous as heck,
Took him days to settle down, I won't do that again.

However The males/female betta's I have in tanks with a few danios & other occupants seem totally fine & happy.

in my opinion i think the danios would pick on her. manly cuz female aren't Aggressive and my (before she died and with no other fish) acted like she didn't know what to do.

Depends on your betta's personality. She may get along with them, she may be neutral, or she may kill them all.

Be prepared to house them separately should problems arise.

Thank you all who replied. :) I think I'll just turn the 10G into a Danio/shrimp/snail/planted tank
to avoid any casualities.
