New 10 gallon, is this a good filter?

Hi all, I've decided to upgrade my betta Amadeus' habitat to a 10 gallon tank. I am going to get it tomorrow, and wanted to get a filter right away so I could start the cycle. I have been looking at this one: aqueon power filter but I don't know if it's the best choice. Right now, Amadeus is in an Aqueon MiniBow, and I've been happy with that. Will this be a good filter? Or is there a better choice I've overlooked? Please, nothing outrageously expensive! Also, any other advice for a newbie? Amadeus seems to be in great health, so no big worries- I just don't want to screw this up! By the way, this is the tank I'm planning on getting tomorrow: top fin tank. Thanks in advance!

I have 3 Aqueon power filters, a 10 a 20 and a 30, and Ive had no complaints. They arent too expensive either.

If anyone is interested, I ended up going with the Aqueon deluxe 10 gallon kit. It worked out to be cheaper to get that than to get everything separately. I am going to set it up tomorrow night, and start cycling it! I can't wait!
