need some advice here

Okay so my pair spawned and running true to form the black male ate most of the eggs. I chased him away and put him in a jar in the same tank. Ive moved the cup around and one clutch of eggs have stayed in a corner, others are floating across the surface under the cup and others are laying on the floor. I used a syringe to squirt some eggs into the nest, which worked to an extent. Is there a chance of any of these eggs surviving and hatching? Or should i let the bastard back in the tank to finish them off?

1. how clean is the water/tank
2. were the eggs fertilized

These are the determinants to hatching rate. It's a race against mold. But some should hatch, even the ones lying on the floor.

tank is very clean, gets cleaned twice a week. And i add meth blue before each spawn just in case..too many eggs were laying on the bottom so i decided im going to recondition and try again and probably hatch the eggs myself because it doesnt look like he will ever do it
