Betta bloat, new diet

I have a female betta who is bloated (this isn't the question), when she gets back to normal; what would be a good diet to give her?

I think she got bloated as she always ate the pellets that sunk; however lately she started eating them from the surface; and I think they've just expanded inside her :(.

Just soak the pellets before you put them in the tank, that way they've already expanded before she eats them. I use the water right out of the tank for it.
