Yeah putting female bettas in with cichlids is not... Good. Ha ha. You're very smart. Would those angels normally live harmoniously with females?

Yeah - just a friggin' genius!!!

I don't know about all angels, but mine do. Of course, angels (like any fish) have different personalities - some more laid back & some more aggressive. One thing that I think MAY have helped in my case is that I added so many at the same time, so the angels just didn't have one or two to zero in on. That's my theory anyway.

All I know is, at this time, it's working. However, I DO keep an extra watch on that tank & do a head count multiple times a day!
