split it?

so i have a 10 gallon tank with no hood, filter heater or any thing and i want to get 2 new male betas should i split it and get all the fixings if so how about much would it cost?

It depends on what you get--I suggest browsing your local craigslist for used 10G tank supplies. People are getting rid of them all the time. If you want to buy new, I suggest ordering online here: http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/ since the prices are much cheaper than most retail stores. Either way, dividing one 10G tank will likely be cheaper and much easier to maintain than two smaller tank kits.
