That is happening to my fish too his fins are clumped together can anyone help ????????????????

Fire Crush, if it's his ventril fins (the fins long fins in the front), then it means he's stressed out over something. Check his water quality and keep it up (which you probably already do, :D ) and he'll probably loosen up in time!
If you ment all his fins aren't puffed out, maybe it's the current in the water, or it could be related to the stress issue.
