Well, Bowls just have a more stylish appearance than bulky rectangular tanks. Only exception are those fancy rimless ADA tanks. I am actually tempted to remove the top rim on my 10 gal but I'm afraid I'll break it lol.

I'd rather keep a well-lit rectangular tank over a clunky bowl any day. (:

Just saying, I understand your point. xD

lol! Mm I know what you mean! But when a bowl is bigger than your car steering wheel... That's interesting!

I do wish some of those gorgeous fancy tanks(that actually are safe for fish) were a bit more affordable!

I'm not sure I would want a TEN gallon bowl, but a five would be FANTASTIC!!!!! :)

BTW where is this pet shop and is there any way to contact them? Thanks!

I LOVE the looks of a bowl - it's so "old school". But, then, so am I!!!

I can't imagine how difficult something like that would be to clean. Sounds like a nightmare to me.

Why? If it is filtered & cycled it should be the same to clean as any other "tank" I would think.

I just bought a classic 3-gal bowl shape that was 3 dollars at goodwill :)
