Wisteria is another very easy plant, just stick it in the substrate or let it float and it will be fine.

Lobelia Cardinalis on the other hand needs high lighting and lots of root tabs/liquid ferts and some CO2 would be appreciated as well. It might be okay in your tank but it most likely won't grow well at all so expect that.
