the snail crew nibbled holes on the lettuce over the night, they're all like, WHEE, food! This is better than that crappy place where we were at before!

Escargo is cruising around, like, "psssht, none of this is zucchini." I think I spoiled him. Dory, the betta, thinks that blanched lettuce leaves are the most awesome hiding tunnels ever.

Omg I love your betta! I'll have to blanch some lettuce leaves, but then I'm afraid my 7 mystery snails might get spoiled. My bettas will sometimes eat my algae pellets for the snails. It's kinda funny!

If i had have had more time today, I would have gotten pictures of him and his fins sticking up from behind random lettuce leaves. He seriously reminded me of a kitten playing under a blanket.

When you have time, I'm sure we'd all love to see those pictures! Escargo will probably eat when he gets hungry enough--most animals that I know of (except birds) will.
