My new 3 gal. How does my interior decorating look?

I just moved Moe from a 1.5 gal tank to a 3 gal and personally I think he is happy in either tank since he is doing and acting his same energetic self regardless of which tank he is in, but here is how I decorated his new tank. What do you guys think? Any advice?

When I was at my local pet shop to get new gravel for Moe's new digs the pet shop owner gave me the live plant for free, what a nice lady. :)
Do you guys think the plant is in a good location in the tank?

Ah, that did it. Nice! Yeah, the plant looks good there, adds interest. I like your hidey caves! I never can tell, is that a water plant?

I guess it is, I always see them in betta habitats and the pet shop owner that gave it to me is pretty knowledgeable about fish so I don't think she would give me a bad plant.

I'm reasonably sure that's a pothos, which is not aquatic. The leaves should be out of the water, you can leave the roots in there though. It looks cute! I like the tiki dude. :)

Yeah I guess it is a pothos. I've taken the leaves out of the water so that only the stem and roots are in the tank.
I wish Moe liked the tiki head or fire cave more. I guess he doesn't feel the need to run and hide. :P
