That could be possible, did you use any water conditioner or salt in the aquarium prior to putting him in? It could jsut be he got shock and couldnt recover from it. Aska, one of my males, took a week and a half before he became normal. Brought him home, he got bloat three times in one week, and after a week and a half of battling him he finally got healthy. Now he swims around, flares at plants, tries to swim against the filters water current. So it could just be he had a heart attack that killed him, its happened to a few danios i had before.
Yeah. I have a new betta now and he's doing fine. HE is a purple crowntail with a white head and clear fins. This time i've been using aquarium salt and he's been eating like crazy! It's been 4 days. Doe's anyone have any name ideas?
