New tank turns cloudy after a few hours.

I am not shore whats going on with my new tank.
I washed all the gravel very well before putting them in the tank as well as the decorations.
I don't think it is my tap water because my 2.5 gal betta tank looks good.
I did some test on the water and the test showed
PH level shows a 7.6
Ammonia shows 0.25 ppm
Nitrite shows 0 ppm
Nitrate 0 ppm
the water is only 2 days old. I did change 10% of the water a hour ago to see if that would help and it helped a little.
any clue whats going on

Need some more information...
How big is the tank, water temp, live plants, filtration and additives used...any fish or livestock in the tank-if so how are they acting....it may be a bacterial bloom and normal.

It's a new tank and stuff right? The first few days after I set up my new tank, my water got cloudy too. It'll clear up. I think it means that your water quality is good.

When I set my new tank up, it has been crytal clear the whole time. I don't have any live plants in it though. Or fish. hehe.

My tanks remain 100% crystal clear when i do 100% water changes and put in new water, i mean it has the foggy tap water effect but that clears in minutes, and i have live plants in every tank.

personally ive found Silk plants fog my water real bad, idk why but everytime i allow a silk plant to enter my tanks, i end up taking it out and getting rid of it days later cause my water begins to look murky.

Maybe it was just air in the water & it gassed out overnight?
