There have been a lot of funky weird events throughout time, but I don't really think in this case it's time travel, the 'phone' lines up directly with where her hand would cast a shadow, I believe she is an older woman with arthritis, holding her hand to her face, she looks distraught about something, she might have mental issues or just be an older lady talkin to herself!
Besides, if she had a cell phone it wouldn't work! XD No towers or other people to talk to!
I honestly just wrote about 3 and a half pages on this subject.
But after re-reading it, i decided to delete it, to help ensure others still believe i have a shred of sanity.
So in a nutshell, lets just say,
No. Not possible. Because we're sitting here discussing how shes a probable time traveler.
Had we not brought it up, or even thought about it, she very well could of been.
Lets not forget the Hyper-Dimensional Resonator theory. and how much of a loon Steven Gibbs is.
