Hey- these our only our theories! I highly suggest trying it for a month or so and letting us know how it turns out. I think it will either be great, or foul the water. I cannot imagine why it would be harmful to fish.

well...I kinda need some live plants to test it on (any live plants I've had I've killed) I do have a little water sprite and a little wisteria plant I've managed not to kill yet. And I'm getting some hornwort plants meybe I'll test it on those ;)

I wouldn't risk it...

It's so funny, my sister has a Lucky Bamboo plant from her boyfriend and I'm the one that takes care of it (shhhhh.. LOL) and once I started watering it with my fish water it grew like crazy!
