Update!

Adamu's doing pretty good right now, at least I think he is. He ate some flakes this morning, I know they're not the best, but its all I have right now. I also discovered that when I put a mirror in front of him, he starts flaring xD I never knew he was so big!

Also I totally forgot that my dad has two HUGE fish tanks in his Garage, (at least I think he still has them.) One is at least 20 gallons, so I was thinking maybe I'll buy Adamu a 5 gallon one, they're like $30 at walmart. And then after I get the hang of this, maybe I'll start a sorority. But I think I'll just focus on Adamu for now, he needs a heater, a filter and some caves and plants.

I also had to keep my fish in a 1/2 gallon tank for a little while before I got a 5 gallon. He was fine as long as I did 100% water changes at least every other day. However, you've been told that a bunch of times.

What I really wanted to say is.... When my fish was in the tiny 1/2 gallon tank, he would rest on the bottom a lot as well. He'd just perch there and sit. I think this was out of either boredom or being a little bit chilly. I wouldn't worry about it, though. Now that he's in the larger tank (with a heater), my fish rarely rests on the bottom and is constantly swimming all over.
