Guppy Question

So I finally got these guppies that I'll be breeding and feeding the fry to the bettas (once I've quarantined them for 2 weeks or so.)

All 7 females and 2 males are fine so far and seem to be enjoying their new home, but I'm a little concerned about one of the females.

(Oh, how I hate going into detail!)

Her poop was kind of translucent, but there was one part where it had a bit of brown in it.

I understand white poop can mean parasites, but she didn't look bloated at all. The flakes I fed her were red.

What does this mean?

Hmm, I'm not sure. I've kept guppies for years. 6 I think. We just had a mass female die out. Every single female but one died. So be careful, I think one of the females who died had poop like you described. Cool thing though: some of the babies have been mutated. I think in the 12th gen a round tailed guppy appeared. And now a split tailed guppy appeared. We haven't bought new guppies in 6 years.

Once you've had 20 gens ome cool things happen. We have three babies right now. But be careful with that female.

I definitely will... I can't tell which one, since most of the females have black in the same spots and they all look the same, but if I see it happen again I'll remove her.

Bwurgh... sorry for the double-post, but I've found out that they are indeed parasites, and that the treatment is Paracide-D.

Darn it, I'm not happy about this. X3 I'll get some as soon as I can...
