Arrow Switching fish tanks...

One of my tanks is 2.5 gallons, the other is 1.5. Can I switch my fish every week or would that be too stressful? The smaller one gets the heater since the air is just a bit too cold (lower 70s) And the large one gets the space/ bubbles. If I do this I'm planning on doing it every week. Right now the fish in the small tank is just filled with energy and the larger tank fish is more mellow and slow. Is this a good idea?

NVM ignore this I decided it would be cruel to move my Betta into a smaller container when he is used to a larger one...

Are you going to get another heater? How cold is the water getting?
