I actadently had some calci sand on my hands from my hermit crabs cage on my hands when i reached in my tank, will my fish be ok?

From what I've observed (Because I now stalk this site daily).

Probably nothing, now if you had HANDFULLS of sand... maybe a different story haha. I was putting seashells in my tank for Drax, shells I THOUGHT I had cleaned fully but when I put them in the tank they all dumped a small amount of sand and debris. Drax seems fine, this was 3 days ago.

Keep up with the water changes and your fish should be fine--but, I would do some research on calci-sand. I have heard nothing but horrible stories about herps and inverts over-dosing on the type of calcium used in the product. It can also cause very dangerous impaction. Definitely do some research and rethink your use of this product.

well, it seems to be doing fine for the past couple of days...... and ive had my hermey for about a month now.....
