I'm getting two new males for $10...which equals $20 for with shipping ($5 a fish for shipping to America)....I will be picking them up from Linda Olsons again.

Edit: He's sending them to me for just shipping..he's replacing both for free.

When I used to breed I found that the fish from Thailand are used to totally different water and totally different conditions then we can normally provide them here. Thailand is warm basically all year, theres never the need for heaters, water conditioners, ect. they come from much more natural living conditions then we can give them.

Some of them will do just fine here (I've had some that have lived for 2 years or more) but others just can't adapt to the changes. I always read reviews on sellers on AB before I buy from them.

I'm so sorry for your fish! He was very handsome...

I would never get fish from the other side of the world, because as many say here, they are just used to a completely different type of environment. Everything is more natural. I hope your new little ones stay with you much longer!

This guy sold some fish to another guy across town from me and they did great...not sure why these ones didn't do so well. I'll ask Linda when I pick them up.....at least the female is still alive :)

So sad. I'd HATE it if that happened to me. I'm super attached to my little boy, Sequin.
