Does he have any strange marks on his body? Bumps? Red Streaks? Fuzz? White patches? Has he lost any color? Can you post a picture of him?

No, he looks exactly the same. I'm hoping if he is sick, this is the early stages.

Well for now I would make sure his water is crystal clean, and warm, maybe up the temp a couple degrees to 80-82. And add some aquarium salt/epsom salt to the tank (1tsp/gallon) to help boost his immune system and help fight off any infections that might be brewing?

Does he seem bloated at all?

Yeah, actually. He does look a tiny bloated. He's ACTUALLY using his betta hamock, which he never does! Anything about the floating poo, though?

I honestly don't know what floating poo would mean. If he looks bloated fast him for a day or 2 and try giving him some daphnia if you can find it (frozen is fine) it acts as a laxative

Yupp most pet stores will carry it where they carry the frozen mice, frozen bloodworms ect.

It's possible he's just having an off day, I believe that all animals are capable of having off days. I would fast him, add some aquarium salt and then see how he does!
