My 29 gallon tank is right next to my bed so I basically use it as a night stand, my betta watches everything I do and always has new things to look at. He also likes to come right up to the glass and then swim away as quick as he can when my sisters kitten specifically is sitting on my pillow - we have 3 kittens currently and my sisters kitten is the only one that watches the fish and my betta can tell its him and teases him on purpose =P

If I put a Diet Coke can beside my tank my fish will obsess and stare at it for hours.

well my fish is very lethargic. He hates anything bright blue, yellow, orange, green, and red by his tank. which is very surprising because his gravel is blue and so is my room. I once put my water bottle infront of his tank and he freaked out.
