Should I tell him? advice please

I'm a freshman in high school, and in my Spanish class I sit next to a boy that I've started to like a lot. He's a grade above me, and he had a girlfriend until she broke up with him about a month or so ago. I've never told him that I like him because that would be totally rude and unfair to his girlfriend, not to mention awkward for him. I know that he likes me, but I'm not sure if he likes me in the way that I would hope he does. He's moving to England this summer. I was wondering if I should tell him--nicely, no pressure--so that at least he knows before he leaves and I probably never see him again.

Does anyone have any advice, please?

My first thoughts on this is do you want to start a relationship with him (if he feels the same way too) only to see him move away to another country next year anyway? Would this hurt you more than just biting your lip and keeping quiet about your feelings towards him?.Long distance relationships are hard to keep and can cause much anquish especially when both are still at school age.

But as I stated on another post this evenng on this forum,I'm just a bloke so I don't understand women

If you really want to let him know and aren't really hoping for this huge romance :P because you know, when he leaves it would be really tough to keep together. But being a girl and all ;) I think you should tell him, well Idk, I've never told a guy that I liked him, well not in person.
You just do what you think is best! :)

I vote for saying something. Believe me, you regret it. <:/ Even if it doesn't go anywhere at least you'll know that your feelings have been spoken. =]
