I'm definitely in the no-splurge category. Luckily, I was blessed this Christmas by my in-laws and wife. But, in just about everything I do, I have to find the lowest cost method of enjoying a hobby. Thankfully there are some ways to enjoy fish without spending too much money.

Of course we po' folk end up wishing we could afford all those fancy, high-end gadgets.

Well, one of the heaters I got isn't doing anything, and the other one is just keeping Aurora's tank at 75 degrees. I'm going to return them, and get the $10 heaters from my LFS. They don't have temps on them, just higher or lower, but I'm at home most of the day, so I'll keep an eye on them and adjust as needed.
