This should help you figure out how many gallons it is.

Is there a "greyhound" of the fish world? Maybe something that would appreciate swimming laps, since the tank is quite long relative to its height. Oh, and water, too. (I know what you're thinking..... very scientific answers and you're so grateful for my input!)

I'm sure the tank will look great when it's completed.

That'd be an awesome betta tank. Shallow and long, just what they like!

You could also just get a gallon jug and see how many refills it takes to fill up! No math involved that you couldn't use your fingers for. :D

the back pannel is a mirror and may stress the betta out if he keeps flaring at himself and i dont want that :( and too small for a sorority tank either

and yeah can find out how much water it holds that way too :) but that takes effort and i feel stuffed after doing a water change on my 3 footer >.<
