Exclamation Air stone...?

I have this Aqua Fin Desktop Aquarium 2 gallon and I was wondering if I should leave the Air Stone bubbling while I go to bed. I just got this aquarium today and I'm not too sure I should leave it on all night. Pleas give me some suggestions. Here's a pic:

Bettas are labyrinth fish, meaning they breath atmospheric air. An air stone is not needed at all. Most bettas prefer little to no surface agitation, but some like the bubbles.
