Freaking Out! Fin rot?

Ok so today I was feeding my girls when I noticed what i thought was a tear in one of my girls fins got larger and looks like it is eating away at ehr body! Gah so now im freaking out the rotting area isnt dark around the out side where its eating away its pale and white fungus looking. My problem is I cant go and get anything for a few days so I have her away from the other girls at 82* F with aquarium salt in the water. What can I do it looks like there may be some under her mouth too now. She still is active and swimming around just a lot paler. The scales around the area are also pine coning it looks so painful what can I do for her? :(




it also looks like its starting to eat around the back end of her anal fin. What can I do I dont want to loose her...

What is the recommended dosage for aquarium salt for fin rot?

Fresh clean water and a 1.tbs to every 5 gallons water

the pinecone disease is also known as ''dropsy'' i would try using hakari's ''betta revive'' its only a few dollars at petco and its gotten good reviews although i've never personally had to use it. take out all plants and gravel to hospitalize him.. heres the link and reviews! http://reviews.petco.com/3554/102424...ws/reviews.htm

Well the problem keeps getting worse since she is starting to pinecone all over her body ( I assume from all the aquarium salt) I cleaned her water and added epsom salt to help. I'm not even sure what this is anymore is it fin rot?

its called dropsy. basically a fungus. http://www.bettatalk.com/betta_diseases.htm
scroll down to where it says DISEASE: DROPSY. it'll tell you all about it. try that betta revive stuff. what could it hurt!

Epsom salt is supposed to be good for dropsy but I don't know the dosage.

well thank you but its to late turns out she had flexibacter columnaris ... I ended up having to euthanize her... but thank you

Sorry for your loss. I loss 3 of my fish to the same thing. I just loss one today to Dropsy, had to put him down myself cause he was suffering.
