Wierd stuff in my tank?

I think it came from the Anarchis from my LFS that my dad insisted that I don't wash...

But, there are like these little blob things. Only 2 or 3, but they're little tiny clumps of clear goo like stuff that is sticky (It has little tiny bits of gravel stuck in it) I don't know what slime coat looks like, but that's what I imagined it was. But when I picked up a large ornament, a HUUUUUGE blob of it came floating up. Like, the same size of or maybe bigger than Neon.

There is also a white fuzzy ball that's pretty small in the tank, too. The tank isn't cycled and there is constantly dead plant matter (Only a little bit) Neon's in the tank and I need to make sure, because whenever I pour in his water for water changes all this stuff is kicked up.

I can't really get photos... sorry to sound confusing but it's so hard to describe the stuff that's getting kicked up! I try to siphon it all, but too much of the water gets siphoned up before I can reach everything.

The clear goo sounds like snail eggs.
