his tank looks fine no sign of parasites, and yes he is eating normally.

In something that tiny water changes must be done EVERY day. I would also get a bigger tank, that is way too small.

Also, I notice you posted two threads about this exact issue. You don't have to do that, it can confuse people so try to keep it to just one.
