I might have to move my betta

In my 75 gallon tank I use algae wafers to feed the corys, and the betta keeps eating it. I dunno how to make him stop other than moving him, is it the only way?

There are two methods I've heard of. You can either feed an hour or so after lights out so the betta will (hopefully) be asleep.

Or, you can scoop your betta up in a breeder's box/net (or a tupperware taped to the edge of the tank). Then feed the cories and let the betta chill inside the tank, but seperated in the breeder's box until they've finished and you've cleaned up.
I use this second method.

I do lights out method. Don't drop it soon as you turn the lights off. Wait a few hours. OR take the algae wafer (that you normally feed whole) and break them up into multiple tiny pieces and drop them into different sections of your tank.
