yup. She looked at him the second day and thought he was dead, dumped him in to the toilet and he started flailing around. So she scooped him back up ansd has been keeping him alive ever since. She couldnt bring herself to just flush him. That is a good idea, i just hope it dousnt stress Ether or Nirvana out to much to have another fish floating around.

I keep the original cups i buy them in, for water changes or QT, so ill float those.

His water stayes at or just below 80. IDK if flating him in the big tank would be good, My VT male is quite agressive and the Female on the other side of the Devider is too.

For such a small container, exaclty how do i do 100% water changes?

The other male i got from her is a little dull, but healthy other then that.

I can get all that mixed up after i get home from school tomorow, i added Kosher pickleing salt to his water before i put him in. (it did wonders for my VT and my female when i was treating minor finrot.)

Mix the water according to OFL's instructions using 1 gal of water so you get the proper concentration of epsom salt and tannins. Then either remove him and change out whatever amount of water the cup will hold, and put him back in, or use the two cup method that Biomess suggested (that sounds much nicer to the fish). You may have leftover that you can probably use the next day or dump.

Well, he died today after 24hrs of being in his first treatment. :(

It's ok. I didnt expect him to survive, the fact that he lived a year was amasing.
