Sorority question

My girls have been together in there tank for about 2 weeks. They seem to get along pretty well. Probably 6 out of the 7 have some fin damage due to the head girl nipping the first couple of days. Of course her fins are prestine! LOL! I am continuing to monitor them to to make sure I don't have to take her out.

My question is should I do something to help with the regrowth?

I know I have read aquarium salt is good but I would like to do something I can treat the whole tank and not have to do a 100% water change later. The tank is cycled so I feel like that would screw up the cycle. Or if it is ok to take out 100% of the water but leave the good bacteria in the gravel i don't mind doing that. I just want to do what is best for my girls.

Or should I just leave them alone and let them heal naturally? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

I've always been told good clean water will heal damaged fins. But if you want the aquarium salt, all of your bacteria is in the gravel, decorations, and filter media, there's basically none in the water. So you can do 100% water change and be ohk cycle wise.
