If you don't mind Splenda and if it doesn't mess with your blood sugar too much (it can in some diabetics), Da Vinci sugar free syrups are awesome. I mix them with sparkling water or diet soda.

Crystal Light isn't bad, either. I like the individual on-the-go packets.

P.S. Don't worry... they make sugar free gummi bears.

Thanks for the ideas. I use Splenda all the time. I might pick up some Crystal Light in the packets tomorrow when I go to the store. I've never heard of Da Vinci sugar free syrup.

I hate it. Who wants some brominated vegetable oil?! Yes, that is one of the ingredients! Check the back of your bottle next time you pick one up. That's also why it's illegal in Ireland.

The syrups are in the coffee section. Torani and Monin are other brands you might find. They're typically used to flavor espresso drinks, but the fruit flavors are great general mixers.

Do you have, like, a food service store somewhere near that's open to the public? There's a place around here that sells things catering to restaurants/coffee shops and they literally have an entire aisle of those flavored syrups. And they're cheaper than a regular grocery store.

I have to admit though if I know I will be pigging out a lot, I'd have to settle with coke because iced tea makes me rather bloated and I could vomit if I stretch my eating limits too far.
