Fertilizer for Planted Tank?

My 5G Hawkeye is nearly cycled (fishless, nitrites and nitrates, but no ammonia.) Gravel substrate, not sure of light numbers (need to check what it is/came with tank), 78*, Prime and filtered.

I've got wisteria, bacopa and java fern which have some brown spots on them. Plants are probably about 2 weeks old. Do I need fertilizer? If so, what brands are good? :)

SeaChem flourish is a good all around brand/plant food for water column feeders, however, the fish and/or livestock waste both poop and expiratory by-products will provide some ferts/CO2 as well as some fish foods that are not eaten and your water changes also provide some foods for plants as well as some CO2 that is naturally in your water as well as natural decomp of plant material...you have a lot of plant food being produced in the tank naturally and usually you won't need to add a lot of extra plant food in the low light/low tech planted tanks- unless the plants look to have a deficiency......with java fern its a low feeder and normal to have brown spot but not a lot...some and these brown spot can sometimes contain fern spores that release to make new fern, however, every time we make a water change we usually remove them...just like fish...plants will tell you what they need....
