New betta has popeye

I'm starting a sorority with 7 ladies in a 10g planted. The tank is cycled but I wanted to acquire all the ladies and watch them all for a few days to try to determine temperment and make sure there is no sickness before adding them. One girl I bought this morning seems to have popeye. How can I treat her? She's still in her store cup, as are the other 4 girls, for the next few days. I'm still looking for two more girls. Doing 100% water changes with room temp declorinated water. Everyone else is doing good. Should I go ahead and float her in the tank just to heat her water and salt her water? Thanks for any tips! I would really prefer to heal her up, even if it means waiting a few extra days before they all go in the tank, rather than return her and pretty much guarantee her death!
